We started The Tractor Company with very little money, a need to be independent and a desire to be successful. Pretty much our company is in business today for the same reasons as yours.

    We have been fortunate over the years. Hard work and repeat customers are the foundation of our business. We pledged early not to “oversell” our equipment. The equipment in our inventory is described in real terms and in honest terms. Weaknesses are not masked in paint or putty. A unit may have been re sprayed but not to hide anything. If there is something under the paint and we know about it, we'll tell you.

   Our collective businesses have gone through incredible changes over the past several years. Technology and the transfer of information around the world has not only enabled us to communicate more effectively it has also forced us to compete more fiercely. Many take financial risk. Gambling that to pay more and then attempt to get “In and Out “ quickly will minimize their exposure and negate their responsibility to provide complete and accurate information.

   We operate with the premise we have an obligation to you. Our goal each day is to be just a little bit better than the day before. Success will be achieved when we have exceeded not only your expectations but ours as well. The systems need to be better. The response time will be faster. The information more researched. Every day just a little bit better.
