Klein Products Articulated Water tank system Specifications
TANK FEATURES INCLUDE:
* Unit to be Patented "Trapezoid" tank design for maximum visibility and lowest center of gravity.
* Constructed of minimum A36 prime steel plate. Tank size determines material thickness
* Flanged Bulkheads welded 100% inside and outside for superior tank strength.
* PFC baffling provides multiple rows of flanged baffles in both the transverse and longitudinal directions to safely, accurately and consistently control the flow and sure of material in tank and keeps center of gravity at lowest possible point.
* Sump design provides a tank with the absolute lowest center of gravity and safest distribution of weight of material in tank.
* Foot valve in sump provides positive pump prime and prevents damaging solids from entering pump.
* 30" manhole for inspection and filling purposes, galvanized trash screen included
* Fenders and mud flaps.
* Light Group including Stop, tail, turn and I.D.
* Interior coated 100% with rust resistant Plexiblack
* Exterior of tank primed and painted one standard color of customer choice
* Mounting hardware
* Entire system leak tested prior to shipment
SPRAY EQUIPMENT:
* Klein 1000 GPM, maximum, hydraulic driven, centrifugal pump. Mechanical seal (no drip) and oil bath lubrication standard. Maximum PSI 80-90
* Rear of tank spray bar to include two (2) fully adjustable fan spray heads with individual cab mounted controls, spray heads adjustable to allow 25-130 GPM for dust suppression
* Two (2) spray heads mounted on front of tank for side sprays with individual cab controls
NOTE:
On 6K tanks and larger standard pump is 1500 GPM 100+ PSI and four rear heads.
